Established in 1977 by Ray Olfky, Key Sports was an industry leader in event timing in the Miami Valley. Ray determined a need and created Key Sports to time and score running events in the area. From this need grew Key Sports and Business Promotions. Key Sports started timing a few events and, through word of mouth, has grown to time and manage around 100 events annually.

Key Sports’ focus is to provide race timing, scoring, and event management services for organizations looking for a fun, safe event in which to raise money. We have helped hundreds of organizations raise thousands of dollars through run/walk events. From 100 participants to 1,000 participants, Key Sports has experience organizing and running events for both small and large organizations. We can handle road and trail races from one mile to full marathon distance.
