• Owner of Executive Men’s Hair Styling in Dayton; really a clandestine operation to “whisper the advantages of running” into clients while she holds scissors close to their ears
• Started running 18 years ago-age 38=56

• 52 Marathons

64 Ultra marathons, 5 100 milers, 37 50 milers

Many local road races

• Raced in:
  1. Canadian Artic
  2. Himalaya Mountains 100 mile stage race (India, Tibet, and Nepal)
  3. Swiss Alps-42 miler
  4. Morocco, N Africa (146 miles-carry your own provisions for a week, Sahara Desert, 115 degrees)
  5. Peru, Andes Mountains, Inca Trail, up to 17,000 feet above sea level
  6. Great Wall of China, marathon
  7. Chile and Argentina, Andes Mountains, 150 mile stage run
  8. And, Dayton, Ohio
• Results:

1.      Won or placed in almost all of the ultra runs

2.      Won or placed in almost all the local runs

• Director of the Ghost and Goblins 5K for 8 years, one of Dayton’s largest races, and a great family event, which last year had 1800 participants.
• Trips she organized:
  1. Austria-20 runners
  2. Great Wall of China-3 times, organized the American contingent

• ORRRC Member for 18 years, on the Board of Directors for 3 years
