• Started running during the late ‘70’s
• His first race was the 1978 Elks Thanksgiving Day Race in Cincinnati, where he ran                                 a 48:00 plus
• He has since run over 500 races-including about 30 wins and Personal Records of:
  1. 15:59 in the 5K
  2. 32:45 in the 10K
  3. 51:05 in the 15K
  4. 73:08 in the 13.1 mile
  5. 2:44:34 in the marathon

• Has run over 50,000 miles including 12 marathons
• Was the Co-Race Director for the WPAFB 8K for several years
