Roland Anspaugh- 1986

• Was the first great masters runner to come out of the Dayton area
• He raced successfully all across the United States in the 1060’s and 70’s and was the holder of many national titles both on the track and on the road
• He was the measuring tool used for young runners, if they finished anywhere near Roland they knew that they had arrived as a runner
